4. Shipping & Delivery

  • In-stock items are typically dispatched within 1–3 working days via local courier services.
  • Pre-order items are sourced from our partners in India and may take 10–20 days (excluding customs delays) before reaching South Africa. Once received, they are dispatched locally to you.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or events beyond our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the nature of our business, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds, except as required by South African Consumer Protection laws in the event of a defective product.
  • Customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery if an item is defective.
