All sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for incorrect sizing, change of mind, or personal preference.
We encourage customers to review our size guides carefully before placing an order. Our team is available to assist with sizing advice prior to purchase.
In line with the Consumer Protection Act, if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery.
To initiate a claim, please email info@theindowesterncloset.co.za with your order number, proof of purchase, and photographs of the item in question.
If approved, you may be offered:
A repair or replacement (subject to availability), or
A refund if the item cannot be reasonably repaired or replaced.
In-stock items: Dispatched via Fastway courier within 1–3 working days after purchase.
Pre-order items: Sourced directly from India. Delivery typically takes 10–20 days after shipment from India, excluding possible customs delays beyond our control.
Once items are dispatched, responsibility for delays rests with the courier or customs authorities.
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items (e.g., accessories, intimate wear, or custom-tailored garments) cannot be returned under any circumstances.
We do not offer lay-by or instalment payment options. All orders must be paid in full at checkout.
Ensure that delivery information provided at checkout is correct. We are not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect shipping details.
